Sometimes imagination....

Topic: Sometimes imagination is a more valuable asset than experience. People who lack experience are free to imagine what is possible and thus can approach a task without constraints of established habits and attitudes

Experience comes from knowledge developed by participating in any events/ activities. An experienced man can handle critical situations assertively with pride to win over it. In any company, experience of work is always preferred. If experience makes one better each day, it might limit you to do the same tedious work. Imagination makes you feel fresh. The ideas fills the person with great joy and makes him act smart. A person who surpasses what is in common tend to be imperative in a crowd
An entrepreneur knows the risks involved in starting a business. An experienced man considering the risks involved, tends to glide through the existing concepts in the market. This act may not plummet his business revenue but attracts moderate number of customers as the product is already existing in the market. Instead, if he would have overlooked the current market trends and developed a new product the business revenue would have reached the apex. So, being inchoate is not a source stopper to achieve high. We need to be magical in our thoughts which in turn makes you reach great heights.

Let's take cricket as an ideal example, Earlier in 1980's or 90's batsmen stuck to the written shots on the field. Later with the experience player tweaked their shots to make the game more interesting. Some innovative shots like the dil scoop, the helicopter shot, reverse sweeps etc., are some which strongly captivated the cricket fans all over the world. Even the bowlers thought outta the book, they tried to deceive the batsmen with their change in pace, unorthodox variations and various others. The impact is the evolution of the 'T20' cricket. Now, people are more interested in watching the action packed T20 format matches.

I would like to stress that imagination is a valuable asset which is like an add on package to your experience. Being a callow, one needs to learn and imagine about the ways how an issue can be resolved. Imagination is not required in some critical departments like medicine. A medical science student need not be imaginative when doing a CPR to a victim. There are hard and fast rules defined which needs to be followed to save a victim. Emergency cases or by pass surgeries are handled by experienced doctors. In this situation doctors do not imagine and exhibit, rather the experience saves the victim life from the crisis.
Though experience counts in playing safe at risky conditions, both experience and imagination have their own unique values. Imagination leads you to invent a new venture. Therefore I conclude saying that a combination of experience and imagination leads your way to success.
